What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada, however we have future plans to expand to anywhere TTRPGs are played.
What is your return/exchange policy?

How long will it take to get my order?
Typically orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days, however shipping delivery dates can very based on where you live.
What payment methods do you accept?
Great question! We accept VISA, AMEX, Apple Pay, Discovery, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Shop Pay.
Do you have gift packaging options?
Not yet! Hopefully we can in the future.
How long does order processing take?

How do I cancel/modify an order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, you will need to reach out to support@dungeondrip.store. You will need to provide:
- Your first and last name
- Email associated with the order
- Order #

What if my order arrives damaged/defective?
If your order arrives damaged we will replace your item free-of-charge.
Simply send an email to support@dungendrip.store with the following information:
- Photos of the damaged/defective item.
- First and last name.
- Email associated with the order.
- Order #

How do I determine my size?
Each product page has a sizing chart located in the description. This chart illustrates the size you should buy according to your measurements.
Are your products ethically sourced and sustainable?
Apparel products in our eco-friendly product collection consist of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or such material blends. All beauty products in this collection are natural certified.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Our website doesnt currently allow for bulk discounts, however If you are interested in resale, you may reach out to support@dungeondrip.store for more information.
Do you have a customer service team I can contact?
Yes, we do have a customer service team. Please email support@dungeondrip.com with your Name, Email, Order #, and a description of your problem and they will do their best to assist you.
What if I haven't received my order within the expected timeframe?
If your order never came, or if it is running behind schedule please email support@dungeondrip.com with your Name, Email, and Order #. They will do their best to assist you.
